At OFFSIZE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Exchange requests after 7 days will not be accepted

• Worn or washed products

Refunds
